REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:
Customers may request a refund or exchange within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
Your request will be reviewed immediately after submission, and you’ll receive an email with the status shortly.
Both returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days.
All customer service emails will be replied to within the period from 10 AM to 6 PM.

All purchased items should be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, spotless) with all tags intact.
You can exchange your purchased item for a different size, provided the requested size is in stock.
Exchanges and returns can be managed at LEVITATE HQ and can be requested via email accompanied with the order number and the request type refund/exchange and should be stated clearly in the subject.
All returns are executed through Instapay.
All discounted items cannot be returned (applies to bundles too).
